If this scene was for real, there wouldn't be someone taking a picture of the guy who's taking the picture in this picture. After all, it would have to be timed to within 3 seconds, which means the guy taking this picture would have had to had his camera out. It would also not be frammed so well.
Futhermore, the guy taking this picture would be as much of a voyer as the guy in the picture.

I think it's true; see that a part of somebody's jacket is in frame, so probably that wouldn't be if it was taken with girl's approval :)
