Serbian Deputy Dance

Member of Serbian Parliament and Major of Bosilegrad city, Vladimir Zaharijev, cought in a silly dance, pretty drunk on a wedding ceremony. This clip became very popular during the campaign for following Elections for Serbian Parliament.
